A comfortable Albariño to judge, with a point of residual sugar and a sparkling acidity.
Lucid and crisp in sight, a lemon yellow color with greenish sparks. Delicious and fruity on the nose, with floral, citrus aromas.
In the mouth, it shows fruitiness with refreshing acidity, and with a slight saline evocation.

The classic . Etiqueta Verde

The pioneer Albariño Limousin

The path of this great wine began at the end of the 80s, when the first experiments with French oak barrels began.
During the last harvests, the technique has been refined to achieve a wine with a perfect balance between wood and fruit.
The grapes come from the highest part of the Tremoedo farm, with very low yields, where green pruning, leafless and long maceration of the musts have been made to increase the life of this wine. It is the first of the Albariños aged in oak.
Radiant, pale yellow. On the nose, very complex, white flowers, stone fruit with hints of apricot and aromas from the delicate aging: roasted, vanilla and very subtle smoked to respect the varietal aroma.
In the mouth it is unctuous, fresh with a dry finish, with a very varietal retronasal with spicy touches, very long persistence.

The best vintage. Don Alvaro de Bazan wine

It is an albariño made from grapes from old vines of the highest part of the Tremoedo estate.
Very poor soils, with little fruit load, where it has become leafless, pruning in green and the incidence of sun in the clusters is very high.
The size of the berry is noticeably smaller than average.
Cold macerated, fermentation at a very low temperature followed by a 12 month rest on lees, giving the wine an extra dimension of aromas and roundness in the mouth.
Perfect evolution in bottle up to 5 years.
In sight, straw yellow with golden tones is detected. Clean and bright.
On the nose, the aromas of flowers, mimosa, acacia, white fruits, apple, pear, citrus, fine lees, on a mineral background stand out.
In the mouth it is fresh, with a lot of volume, citrus, floral, long and balanced.
